One thing I appreciated about working with Carla is the way she integrates somatic practices with inner healing insights and work.
During one of our sessions she taught me a mind-heart convergence technique that has been very useful over time. It created a full shift and embrace of my true self and helped be present to self through breath. It also shifted me from a mind's knowledge of God’s love to a heart knowledge. This insight and experience of God's love for me personally has radically changed my life, and emotional health.
